About
Patrick M. Hale is the founder and managing partner of Hale Law, a leading personal injury firm fighting for justice across Florida. Driven by a passion for representing everyday Floridians, Patrick built his practice on personal connection, trial readiness, and relentless advocacy against insurance companies.
During law school, Patrick clerked for the Florida Attorney General’s Office and the Sixth Judicial Circuit Civil Appellate Panel, where he drafted published judicial orders. He also worked at a prominent insurance defense firm, gaining valuable insight into the strategies insurers use to minimize injury claims.
After earning his Juris Doctorate, Patrick served as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases on behalf of the people of Florida. He conducted over 30 trials to verdict, developing the courtroom confidence and litigation skills that define his trial-ready approach today.
Founding Hale Law
In 2018, Patrick founded Hale Law as a solo practitioner operating out of a single room. What began as a small, highly personal practice—where Patrick personally knew every client—has grown into a thriving firm with multiple attorneys and expanded resources, while maintaining the same client-first philosophy and personal touch.
Outside the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling, attending sporting events, and living in the Sarasota.
