Maxwell Shrem is a dedicated attorney committed to vigorously advocating for his clients’ rights. With experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters, Max brings a well-rounded perspective to every case. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Max earned his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While at Florida Gulf Coast, he served as the Lead Manager for the men’s basketball team, contributing to two conference championships and March Madness appearances in 2015 and 2016. Max was also a member of the Honors College and earned a spot on the Academic Athletic Honor Roll for three consecutive years.
At the University of Florida, Max held leadership roles in several organizations, including the Jewish Law Student Association and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. He also gained valuable experience as an intern at the Fourth District Court of Appeals under the Honorable Mark W. Klingensmith.
Max’s primary focus is securing the best outcomes for his clients. Having previously worked as an insurance defense attorney, he has developed a deep understanding of the strategies used to strengthen cases and tailor arguments for optimal results. Max has successfully litigated a wide range of personal injury cases, and his commitment to his clients is evident in his tenacious approach to every case he handles.
Outside of work, Max enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time at the beach.
