Kristi Paschall

With 15 years of experience practicing law, including nearly a decade in personal injury law, Kristi Paschall brings a unique perspective to her practice. She’s not only an accomplished attorney but also a former plaintiff who had her own personal injury case go all the way to a jury verdict. That experience fundamentally shaped Kristi’s approach to representing her clients. She knows firsthand the physical, emotional, and financial challenges injury victims face, as well as the lengths insurance companies go to in avoiding accountability. Today, Kristi uses that insight to fight relentlessly for clients injured in car accidents, slip and falls, and other serious incidents. Her deep understanding of both the courtroom and the human side of personal injury allows her to connect with clients in a way few attorneys can.

 

Originally from Colorado, Kristi earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the state of Florida. 

 

Over her career, Kristi has recovered millions in compensation for injured clients, standing up to powerful insurance companies and demanding accountability. She is known for her persuasive advocacy and unwavering dedication to achieving justice for those she represents.

 

Outside of the office, Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children and 2 dogs. She is a die-hard football fan and will spend most weekends watching both NCAA and NFL football games. She also enjoys attending all sporting events, reading and traveling.
