Vanessa is the Medical Records Team Lead at Hale Law Accident Attorneys, where she oversees the process of requesting, tracking, and managing medical records and billing
documentation for client cases. She ensures records are obtained efficiently, maintains accurate documentation, coordinates with providers and insurance companies, and supports attorneys and case managers by keeping files complete and ready for each stage of the case.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Her favorite Hale Law core value is “We do what we say we will do” because she believes reliability builds trust with clients, the team, and the community, and that consistency and follow-through are the foundation of strong relationships.
