Jackie is the Client Experience Manager at Hale Law Accident Attorneys, where she oversees the intake team and ensures a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new clients. She manages incoming inquiries, monitors intake performance, and supports her team in delivering high-quality communication while also handling escalations, reviewing calls, tracking key metrics, and working closely with attorneys and leadership to continuously improve processes and results.
Outside of work, Jackie loves staying active whether she’s lifting, trying a new fitness class, or exploring the Sarasota trails. You can also find her spending time at the beach or grabbing a drink from a local coffee shop. Her favorite Hale Law core value is “We change lives for the better” because she has seen clients come in during some of their most difficult moments and finds it meaningful to watch them leave feeling supported, confident, and truly cared for.
