Brandon is the Chief Operating Officer at Hale Law Accident Attorneys, where he oversees the firm’s daily operations, systems, and overall performance. He works closely with leadership to drive efficiency, support team development, and implement processes that enhance both client experience and internal workflows.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys playing video and board games, traveling, trying different foods, cooking for himself and his wife Becca, and spending time with his cat, Rico. His favorite Hale Law core value is “We don’t treat people like a case number” because it reflects his commitment to fostering a culture where staff and clients alike are valued as people first.
