Patrick Barnes is a licensed attorney in Colorado and Florida with more than a decade of legal experience. Since beginning his practice in 2012, he has focused on personal injury and estate planning, guiding clients through complex legal matters with skill, clarity, and compassion.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. He began his legal career in the Denver area before returning to Florida in 2018, where he continues to serve clients throughout the state.

A proud graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay, Class of 2023, Patrick has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional leadership and community involvement. He recently served as President of the Manatee County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, further reflecting his dedication to advancing the legal profession.

As a published author and national speaker on trauma-informed legal practice, Patrick emphasizes the role of mental fitness and mindfulness in achieving exceptional legal outcomes. His trauma-informed approach ensures clients feel supported, informed, and empowered at every stage of their case.

Outside the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and his dogs, Yoshi and Peaches. He is an avid golfer and runner, and he enjoys music and sports.
