Patrick Hale

Patrick M. Hale is the founder and managing partner of Hale Law, a leading personal injury firm fighting for justice across Florida. Patrick earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a focus on Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude as a top student. He served on student organization cabinets and was elected Student Government Association Senator for the College of Sciences, UCF’s largest college.

He then graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law—Florida’s oldest and home to the nation’s #1-ranked Trial Advocacy program. Elected by peers as a Calvin Kuenzel Student Bar Association Representative, Patrick clerked for the Florida Attorney General’s Office and the Sixth Judicial Circuit Civil Appellate Panel, drafting published judicial orders. He also worked at a prominent insurance defense firm, learning tactics insurers use to minimize claims.
After earning his Juris Doctorate, Patrick worked as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases. He conducted over 30 trials to verdict on behalf of the people of Florida, becoming comfortable and confident in the courtroom.

In 2018, driven by a desire to represent everyday Floridians, Patrick founded Hale Law as a solo practitioner in a single room. What began as an intimate practice—where he personally knew every client and built lasting friendships—has grown into a thriving firm with expanded resources, multiple attorneys, and a commitment to maintaining that personal touch. Today, Hale Law handles a full range of motor vehicle accidents, including car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian cases, as well as catastrophic injuries like brain trauma, spinal damage, burns, amputations, and wrongful death. The firm has successfully managed thousands of personal injury cases, recovering millions for clients.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, attending sporting events, and living in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
