HALE LAW INTERN SELECTED FOR STETSON TRIAL TEAM

On July 13, 2022, Hale Law received some exciting news! One of our very own interns, Hannah Miller, earned a spot on the top trial advocacy team in the country, Stetson University College of Law’s Trial Team! Stetson’s Advocacy Board is world renowned, and the school itself has been ranked number 1 in the nation for trial advocacy 23 times in 27 years!

“We are so proud of her,” said Partner, Patrick Iyampillai, who is a veteran of Stetson Law’s Trial Team himself. “Being selected to the Stetson Trial Team is no easy feat, and it is a great privilege. Along with that, the expectations are high, but the reward, above all else, is learning how to be comfortable and confident in a courtroom. The experience is invaluable.”

Stetson’s Trial Team not only allows law students to learn the inner workings of trial law, but also to practice them. Team members are taught and judged by professors and expert trial attorneys. Many of Florida’s top trial attorneys have been members of this exceptional program.

Hannah is beyond excited to get to work and do her best to help her teammates keep Stetson’s Trial Team on top! We are so proud of her.
