Paige Wojdyla

Paige brings years of experience in personal injury litigation, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants. She began her career defending auto accident and premises liability cases before shifting to plaintiff’s complex mesothelioma and asbestos litigation. For the past several years, she has focused exclusively on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, using her insight into defense tactics to advocate for those who become injured.  

Originally from Pennsylvania, Paige attended Saint Francis University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in accounting and played Division I golf. She attended Stetson University College of Law and is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Paige has litigated a wide range of personal injury cases, fighting for her clients in court against major insurance companies and corporations. Her ability to analyze complex legal issues and anticipate defense strategies makes her a strong advocate for her clients. 

Outside of the office, Paige enjoys golfing, watching Formula 1 and relaxing with her Pomchi, Shep.
